Street workout, also known as calisthenics, is a form of strength training using your own body weight. You train on pull-up bars, dip bars and other equipment — outside, in parks, anywhere.

It combines strength, endurance and the aesthetics of movement. From basic exercises like pull-ups and push-ups to advanced elements like front lever, planche or muscle up.

Your body is your gym. All you need is the will to start.
